Corequisite: FPT 065 and FPT 065C Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThe purpose of this EM training course is to prepare individuals to render pre-hospital basic life support at the scene of an emergency, during transport of the sick and injured, or during inter-facility transfer within an organized EMS system. This course meets all the skills-laboratory requirements at the mandated instructor: student ratio of 1:10 for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician I as specified in the regulations approved by the State of California Emergency Medical Services Authority in July 2017.
