Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course focuses on classic and contemporary theories of play, examining their implications concerning a child’s social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Students will further their knowledge with content on gender, inclusion, socioeconomic class, and culture. Students will engage in the observation of children’s play behavior, enabling them to plan and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for young children in a group setting.Usually HeldMon 6:00pm–7:30pm
