Topics covered include product design, applied forecasting, aggregate planning, scheduling, total quality management, statistical process control, inventory management, facility layout operations planning, and lean/Just-in Time business processes. Concepts are illustrated by using abundant real world case studies, articles, illustrations, problems and cases.
