    This course is designed for personnel who will make project-related decisions in the presence of undefined conditions. Students will understand how to handle change and risk and how they can be mitigated. Also, in this course students will learn and apply proactive approaches to threats and opportunities based on an understanding of the risk management process. Pass/No Pass Option.
