    This class is a foundation level course in metal sculpture and casting. Emphasis is on fabrication techniques used in casting and metal arts, including centrifugal and bronze casting. Students develop technical skills in modeling, moldmaking and casting with an emphasis on three-dimensional design, experimentation and creative problem-solving. Students work in a collaborative environment where they are encouraged to explore their creativity, share their ideas, cultural perspectives and experiences for artistic and personal enrichment.<br />
