    This course is designed for directors and assistant directors of early childhood programs. Topics include effective strategies for personnel management, legal and ethical responsibilities, supervision techniques, professional development, and in-service training. Additional focus includes strategies for partnering with parents, motivating staff, and fostering effective community relations within diverse cultural contexts. Formerly CHLD 251.
