    Description
    This basic art appreciation course introduces world art forms, techniques, traditions, and aesthetics. It emphasizes global art in historical and cultural contexts. Students examine visual artworks from a variety of cultures related to religion, politics, identity, and the natural and built environments. Formerly ART 157.
