Transfers ToCSUDescriptionStudents advance their methods and practice in the investigation of the human figure as a departure point for personalized content. Objectives include the advancement of conceptual strategies and a mastery of mixed media practice to create a portfolio of introspective figurative artworks. Students study contemporary and historical figurative artists as they work from both live models and photographic references using a variety of selected wet and dry mixed media along with alternative materials.
