Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis beginning drawing course focuses on representation of the human figure. Students work from nude models and digital resources using materials such as charcoal, pencil, ink, and pastels. They learn how to depict action in quick gesture drawings as well as produce more complex tonal drawings with emphasis on composition and expression. Topics include basic anatomy, structure, and proportion with equal emphasis placed on line quality, value, and media control.
