Cultural anthropology also explores how cultures have been impacted by colonialism and are being shaped by globalization and demonstrates the value of the discipline in the form of applied anthropology. Anthropologists employ high ethical standards while exploring diversity in human culture and highlight the importance of understanding and appreciating that diversity.
