    Best practices for the cannabis home gardener for recreational use: Outdoor and greenhouse cultivation in soil or containers. Plants used shall be cultivars of Cannabis sativa meeting the legal definition of “industrial hemp” of having no more than three-tenths of 1 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
