- Exploration of societal influences on children’s personal and social identity: Developmentally appropriate, inclusive, culturally relevant, anti-bias approaches. Examination of stereotypes, bias, and their impact on identity formation. Reflection on social identity through self-awareness and critical analysis. Strategies for fostering equity and inclusivity in early childhood settings.
