    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course surveys the theory and practice of parliamentary law, committee techniques, and democratic organization. Students will study some of the factors of successful leadership and effective group membership. Participation in student organization events such as lectures, leadership workshops, and conferences, is required. Students may enroll without holding an office.
