    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course is an analysis of problems related to establishing and conducting a real estate business, which includes but is not limited to preparing and evaluating listings, prospecting, advertising, the selling process, closing the sale, financing real estate, exchanges and specializing brokerage, income properties, management and leasing, taxes, land utilization, and professional and public relations.
