- <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course is designed for the intermediate swimmer. Emphasis is placed on technique and stroke development of the front crawl, elementary backstroke, and side stroke. Back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly, turns, dives, and fitness and training concepts will also be introduced.
