    Description
    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025. Effective Fall 2025, ENGL-C1000 replaces ENGL-01A</b></font><br> In this course, students receive instruction in academic reading and writing, including writing processes, effective use of language, analytical thinking, and the foundations of academic research. Students also receive instruction in reading processes, information literacy, and disciplinary documentation practices.
