    Description
    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br>Introduction to Shakespeare is a course of literary analysis based on reading and studying the major works of William Shakespeare. The course focuses on a number of Shakespeare's plays, especially the most widely-known ones, from the categories Comedy, History, and Tragedy, as well as a survey of his non-dramatic poetry. As this course is an introductory course, students will receive the opportunity to learn about Elizabethan England, the England of the time of Shakespeare.
