    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> In this course, students will learn essential project management concepts and skills, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement, with a specific focus on the information technology (IT) environment.The course will also introduce students to how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance project management practices by automating routine tasks, providing predictive insights, and improving resource allocation. Students will explore AI-driven project management tools and techniques, gaining hands-on experience with technologies that support data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization. Additionally, this course prepares students for project management certification exams, such as CompTIA Project+ or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), providing a solid foundation for those pursuing professional credentials in project management.
