- <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course covers the examination of due process from pre-arrest through trial and appeal. The history of due process and precedent will be examined through statutory law and interpretations of law reflected in court decisions with particular focus upon the impact of interpretations of Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
