- <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course is designed for students to develop skills in preparing and marketing beef cattle, sheep, swine, dairy cattle, and goats for competition at intercollegiate livestock competitions. Lessons in exhibiting the animals are given. The course may be repeated three times.
