    Description
    <b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This course includes the analysis of the microeconomic principles of supply and demand and the affects on producers and consumers. This class will explore the contemporary and historical place of agriculture and farmers in our economic, social, and political systems and their relationship to the consuming public.
