Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionThis course will introduce students to the computational skills needed in automotive, construction, welding, and drafting technologies, and other applied academic programs. Topics include geometry, measurement, number sense, estimation, basic statistics, trigonometric functions, and algebraic thinking. This course is restricted to students without a high school diploma. Other students attempting to satisfy prerequisite requirements for transfer-level math courses should complete the online Math and English placement tool and meet with a counselor to determine the transfer-level math class and support that is appropriate for their educational goal.
