- Students learn to comprehend authentic lectures, talks and reports and effectively express ideas and pointsofviewinspokenEnglishonavarietyofcommonacademic topics. This course may be taken concurrently with other ESL 314-level courses. Successful completion of this course will prepare students for ESL 215LS or ESL 315LS.
