- Thiscourseoffersananalysisofthehistory,philosophy, and enforcement of criminal law in the United States, with an emphasis on California criminal law. It provides students with an understanding of the classification of crimes against property and persons. This course discusses the most frequently used criminal statutes in the United States and the state of California.
