This course will discuss themes core to an introduction to philosophy course with an ethical scope such as knowledge, reality, freewill, ethics, political philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of self and a life well lived. Student will be introduced to the core topics and methodologies of critical thinking and philosophy, using film and literature to help students better understand themselves, their community and the world around them.
