    Investigation of fundamental keyboard skills necessary to perform contemporary jazz and rock music. Improvisatory keyboard styles will be discussed, with emphasis on today's keyboard demands. Content includes the function and voicing of chords, melodic harmonization of tunes, and basic improvisational theory.
