    Description
    This course will focus on the mythological dreams and/or folk tales, produced by African Americans, Indigenous Peoples of the United States (American Indians), Latino/Chicano, Asian-Americans and European Americans. Emphasis will be on the similarities and differences in the literature of these ethnic groups and the ways in which the respective literatures reflect each group's unique American experience.
