- This course is an introduction and in depth immersion into the art of scenic design and construction. Students will explore various techniques and styles used in popular scenic design, become proficient in the use of scene shop tools and construction, develop basic techniques used in scene painting, and use them to design a production model as well as build a working set for a production.
