    This course provides students with an opportunity to learn how to establish and lead effective virtual teams. In this course, students will discover the characteristics and skills of effective virtual team members, as well as the elements needed to establish a successful virtual team culture. Students will also learn how to create a virtual team structure and run virtual team meetings.
