    An integrated, interdisciplinary survey of art as an aspect of cultures and civilizations in Europe 350 to 1550 C.E. An interdisciplinary course that investigates how art and architecture reflect the religious, political and philosophical perspectives of the artists and societies that created them. Includes Late Roman, Byzantine, Early Medieval, Romanesque, Gothic, Late Gothic and Renaissance periods.
