Topics center on the variety of characteristics which are the product of human existence everywhere. These include: the uniqueness of human learning, evolution of cultural and physical variation, human and non-human primate development, Australopithecus divergence, variations of cultures, human languages and communications, social and family organizations, as well as religious and artistic expression. Opportunities for the development of skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective learning will be provided throughout the course.
