Students receive hands-on experience in analyzing business transactions, keeping records, preparing financial statements, and generating financial management reports using an accounting software package such as QuickBooks. The course will cover sales and receivables, payables and purchases, general and end-of- period procedures, and payroll for service and merchandising businesses.
