- This course continues the introductory phase of accounting. Topics covered include: corporations, investments, long-term liabilities, cash flows, financial statement analysis, managerial accounting, job order and process cost systems, cost behavior and analysis, budgeting, performance evaluation, and capital budgeting. UC CREDIT IS ALLOWED FOR EITHER 001 AND 002; OR FOR 021 AND 022.
