    Description
    Introduction to the development of advertising concepts for publications and across all media. Stressing the importance of strong branding that is simple, and understanding how design can support brand identity. Students will work in an industry-related environment: Use research to guide branding, brainstorming, and standard advertising methodology to plan, design and produce an advertisement that targets an audience for whom a problem is solved by a chosen product, with practice and focus on creating sustainable, ethical, and persuasive practices. Students will develop concepts and strategies to deliver information and engage the consumer.
