Topics covered include the development and production of initial client documents, fee agreements, interrogatories, subpoenas, other discovery, deposition summaries, briefs, motions and pleadings. Students will receive hands-on instruction to create these legal documents using word processing software and focus on deadlines and calendaring requirements.
