Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionThis Cooperative Education is a work experience program involving the employer, the student-employee and the college to insure that the student receives on the job training and the unit credit for work experience or volunteer work/internship. Each 60 hours of non-paid work equals one unit of credit. Each 75 hours of paid work equals one unit of credit. This course requires a student to be currently enrolled in a law course or successfully completed a law course in a prior semester. Student must be employed or volunteering/interning in order to participate in program. *Title 5, section 55253 states that a student may earn up to a maximum of 16 semester units or 24 quarter units of General & Occupational work experience education combined (Board Rule 6405.10).
