Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course looks at space and form as a canvas for an architect, moving beyond abstraction language paradoxes, and formal gymnastics. Design and form integrates embodied energy of all resources, cognitive experiences, new materials, stronger social concerns and the need to react to location and space. It will see the creation of place and space, as a first act of human intention and use nature templates to solve holistic solutions. This course analyzes how the geometry of space influences how we communicate, behave, think, create, and produce; as well as its influences in cognition and mental model.
