- Students will survey American Musical Theatre with an emphasis on the develop- ment of singing, dancing, movement, acting skills and techniques, as well as, an analysis of musical theatre composition and development. Students shall apply these skills in a performance project before a live audience. Students are advised to have some background in music and vocal techniques.
