    May be offered as an honors section. Students study a selected variety of major national states to secure a comparative picture of political philosophies constitutions, political processes and governmen- tal institutions. Emphasis is placed on those factors, geographic, historic, demo- graphic and cultural, which contribute to differences in governmental experiences.
