- This course emphasizes practical experience using techniques and principles of acting in a musical to prepare for a live performance. Students focus on the devel- opment of acting, singing, and movement skills. Study culminates in a live perfor- mance entered in the intercollegiate competition known as the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. *UC Credit Limit: MUSIC 777 and THEATER 280 combined: maximum credit, 1 course.
