- Students will apply the psychological and sociological principles to the study of human relations in business and industry. The students will examine case studies and teamwork scenarios. Students will identify communication styles, self-esteem, ethics, attitude and motivation, self-disclosure, emotional balance, leadership strat- egies, work force diversity, and professional presence.
