Students will connect how the management of people and resources accomplish- es organizational goals. Students will demonstrate their understanding of leading, planning and controlling, organization design, operations management, and deci- sion making. Students will also provide examples of human resource manage- ment, managing change, individual and group behavior, motivating and rewarding employees, communicating and interpersonal skills, work teams, ethics, leadership and trust in various business case studies.
