    Description
    Students will apply fundamental yoga techniques such as asana practice (pos- tures), breathing, stretching, and relaxation to decrease stress and improve mental well-being and overall fitness. *UC Credit Limit: Any or all of these PE Activity courses combined: maximum credit, 4 semester units. 352-1 Olympic Weightlifting (1) *UC:CSU Laboratory 3 hours.
