This beginning level modern dance course establishes basic knowledge of begin- ning techniques of modern dance. Students broaden the exploration of body movement skills, basic performance qualities, deeper study of modern dance prin- ciples, and a greater ability to distinguish the differences of various modern dance forms as we know them today.
