    Description
Formerly CO INFO 537. Credit not given for both courses. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in CIS 224, CO SCI 578, or CO INFO 578. Previous completion of CIS 224, CO SCI 578, or CO INFO 578 with a grade of "C" or better is allowable. With a combination of lectures, individual and group labs, and simulations, stu- dents develop skills and knowledge needed to configure, secure, scale, and trou- bleshoot switched and routed internetworks. Students use technologies that include multi-area OSPF, Access Control Lists (ACLs), link aggregation, and LAN redundancy to create larger-scale internetworks. Students will also assess security threats and mitigation strategies. This course is the third course in the Cisco CCNA preparation program and is based upon the new requirements enforced in February 2020.
