    This course is an introduction to the theory and process of video games develop- ment for computers and gaming consoles. Students will critically explore tools, concepts and techniques used in the development of video games. Students dis- cover what the components of games are and stages of the game development process, how the user experience is influenced by the various stages of their devel- opment process. Students acquire skills on video game development as it applies to computers and gaming consoles.
