- Advisory: CINEMA 109. This course explores long-form documentary concept development, pre-produc- tion, production and post-production. Students will learn how to research and pitch a story, elements of storytelling, story structure, character development, styles, etc. In addition, students will explore an array of different types of docu- mentary genres. Students will produce at least one long-form documentary for this class from concept development to final piece. 185
