Transfers ToCSUDescriptionStudents in the Business Law course examine the law and its impact on society. Students analyze the Court System, the Law of Contracts, Torts, Negligence, Crimes, the Corporate Legal Structure and the liabilities of owners and the differ- ences between the Corporate Legal Structure and other forms of business owner- ship. In addition, Personal Property, Bailments, and Real Property are covered.
