    A week-long course introducing students to the various tools and research meth- ods used by marine and environmental scientists. Students will live at USC's Wrigley Marine Science Center on Catalina Island. Students will learn the basics of shipboard sampling, how to perform biodiversity surveys in the intertidal and subtidal zones, and appropriate experimental design utilizing live organisms.
