    Prerequisite: None | Lecture: 3 hours The course will introduce students with the concepts of anger management. The overall focus is to understand the emotion of anger; and tools for recognizing anger triggers, regulating emotional reactions in a healthy manner, and remaining calm in relation to others. Anger management skills help individu- als recognize frustrations and strengthen ways to calmly express needs in order to effectively and nonviolently resolve conflicts. Students will identify strategies for coping with unresolved anger to support healthy relationships with self, family, school, work and when serving the community.
